Fillback is a Chrome extension that saves forms you fill in as templates and fills them again when you ask. Your data stays on your device. Fillback's developer never receives it.
Fillback reads a page's form when you save a template or use one, and on sites where you have granted access, when the page loads, to detect saved forms.
Everything is kept in your browser with chrome.storage.local. It isn't synced to your Google account, and it isn't encrypted beyond what your browser and device provide. Avoid saving real credentials or personal data in templates.
Nothing. Fillback has no servers, accounts, analytics, advertising or telemetry, and it makes no network requests. Filling a form doesn't submit it; only you submit a form.
Your data isn't sold or shared. It leaves the extension only when you export templates to a JSON file. Sensitive values are removed from exports unless you choose to include them, and you decide where that file goes.
Fillback works on the current tab when you use it. Access to a site on page load is optional, requested one site at a time, and can be removed in Chrome's extension settings.
Delete templates in Fillback, or uninstall the extension, which removes everything it stored.
